Refund policy

GENERAL RETURNSĀ 

We may offer an exchange, store credit or refund if:Ā 

  • Items are unused and in original condition. This includes having tags still attached to the item.Ā 

  • Return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.Ā 

FAULTY ITEMSĀ 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Used items

  • Items not in original condition

  • Returns requested more than 14 days after the delivery date.Ā 

REFUNDSĀ 

  • Refunds are issued once returns have been received and approved.Ā 

  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method.

  • Returns that fail to comply with our policy may be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.Ā
